Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with their original Blue Panda tags into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; we will notify you via email as soon as your refund is processed.
